Business Rule not working after adding a condition to 'Create Requisition' Page

Hi there,

We are converting our Create Job Requisition page to Redwood. We have 2 basic rules created for Recruiter and Hiring Manager based on Roles. but they are not working.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Under Job application > We have a section named configuration. This 'Configuration' section should be visible to Recruiter but not to Hiring Manager. I added the role 'Hiring Manager' in condition but it is not working. apply suggestion would be appreciated. I am attaching the screenshot of where I have added the roles.
