The page is loading when trying to add shared Goal with Custom DFF

Hi Team

We were using three custom DFFs for Goals: Category, Strategic Priority, and Competency. Recently, the Strategic Priority DFF was disabled and a new DFF called Goals and Foundation was enabled, along with a new value set configured for the goal.

Currently, when a manager shares a goal, the sharing action works successfully. However, when the reportees try to add the shared goal, the page takes a long time to load and remains stuck in a spinning state
