default hiring manager not work in draft job requisitions

Hi, I added an expression in VBS to default the Hiring Manager field to the user who is creating the job.

This approach works correctly, but when I open a draft requisition, the hiring manager changes to the user who opens the job in draft.

However, I would like the user who created it to remain the same even when opening a draft requisition.

Does anyone know how to achieve this? Do you know if it's possible?Could you please write me the correct expression to insert into VBS to achieve this.
