Historical Training Reports Missing Former Employees and Showing Incorrect “Withdrawn” Status

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue in Oracle Fusion Cloud while trying to retrack historical training records, and I’m hoping someone here might have come across something similar.

We are attempting to generate reports that include past training data; however, employees who have left the organization are not appearing in the report results. In some cases, these individuals are showing as “Withdrawn,” which is creating gaps and inconsistencies in our historical tracking.

In addition, we’re seeing further discrepancies in learner status reporting. For example:

  • Some employees who left and later rejoined the organization are showing up incorrectly in reports. In several cases, learners who actually completed a course are being listed as “
