View-only access to Purchase Agreements in Redwood without PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_WORKAREA_PRIV?

Has anyone successfully set up view-only access to Purchase Agreements in Redwood without granting the “View Purchase Agreement Work Area” privilege (PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_WORKAREA_PRIV)?

To address the over-subcription of the Procurement B91082 license, I created a custom role with what appeared to be the minimum privileges needed for view-only/inquiry access, based on the 25D and 26A documentation.

The privileges I used are :

25D: Redwood: View Purchase Agreements as a Buyer

• Search Purchase Agreement (PO_SEARCH_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_PRIV)
• View Purchase Agreement (PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_PRIV)

26A: Redwood: Configure Search Views for Purchase Orders, Purchase Agreements, and Process Requisitions
