How to reactive a Customer contact?

Summary:

We have Customer contacts that have been inactivated and checking to see if there is a way they can be activated.
Issue: There are open sales orders that have contacts populated on them, which are now in inactive status. During the Order creation, the contacts were in Active status but later they were inactivated. Now, when we try to initiate change orders its throwing an error that contact is invalid.
We have around 600 sales orders impacted by this issue. Any guidance is appreciated.
