Rate multiple goal plans under one summary rating

Hello,

We have a desire to pull in and rate multiple goal plans in one performance document section.
Currently, we have multiple goal plans with the same evaluation type pulling into our performance document under a "performance goal" section type. As it stands, we rate each goal plan separately with a summary rating.

What we want is the ability to rate all goal plans as one. So we would see all goal plans, but only provide one summary rating that encapsulates them all.

Please let me know if this is possible.
