Ability to include final approver comments in the completed performance document pdf

in Performance Management

Hi,

We have a question regarding the visibility of final approval comments in the Performance Management module.

When an employee’s performance document is completed, the generated PDF version does not display the final approval comments entered by the PMO/MOD/final approver.

These comments are entered during the approval process via BPM workflow (through notifications) and are visible within the application (e.g., approval history or comments/attachments section in transaction console). However, they are not reflected in the completed Performance Document PDF.

Could you please confirm:

  • Is it possible in the current system to include comments entered via BPM workflow (approval notifications) in the Performance Document PDF?
