Rejection emails are not being received via email for internal applicants
Summary: We have created new internal rejection emails in the recruiting content library and attached them to the various "rejected by employer" phases in the CSP. I can see that the rejection email was triggered as it is showing under messages on the candidate profile; however, the candidate is not receiving the email. I have tried in 2 different lower environments for testing before moving to production. I have confirmed the employee email address is correct and the following processes are scheduled in the lower environments.
- Schedule ESS process “Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions” every 5 minutes.
- Schedule ESS process “Send Job Application Notification” every 5 minutes.
