Customer Merge Request Issue

Summary:

We are trying to merge two customers as they are the same customer but created as duplicate records.

One record has only a profile generated (created when the same person was created as a supplier), and the other record was created with full details (Profile, Account, and Site).

However, when performing the merge:

• The scheduled process is completed successfully
• But we receive a notification that the request is rejected

Please note that we have already completed the following setup:

• Assigned the Data Steward Manager role
• Set profile option ZCA_MERGE_REQUESTS = Yes
• Set ZCH_AUTO_MERGE_THRESHOLD = 0
• Set ZCH_USER_MERGE_REQUESTS = Allow processing without approval
