Redwood termination is not sending timecard attachments with email notification

Summary:

When employees in quick pay states terminate, users attach a timecard attachment that is emailed to the payroll team along with details of the termination. After recently switching to Redwood for the termination page, payroll is receiving the email, but the timecard attachment is not there. After some research it appears the UCM content ID is missing for the attached documents.
