Clarification on Readiness Status at Plan and Candidate Level in Succession Planning

In the Succession Plan, we observe Readiness Status (Red / Yellow / Green) captured in two places:

1. At the Succession Plan information page (plan level)
2. At the Candidate level within the same succession plan

We request Oracle’s clarification on the following points:

1. What is the general guideline and intended meaning of Readiness Status (Red, Yellow, Green) at the succession plan level
2. What is the intended meaning of Readiness Status at the candidate level, and how does it differ from plan‑level readiness?
3. Why is Readiness Status available at both the plan level and the candidate level?
4. Please confirm whether this behavior is standard, delivered Oracle functionality for succession planning.
