We do not have the address as required but still unable to save interview scheduled

Summary:

We have used VBS to make the address under in person interview not required but when we attempt to submit or save the template or interview we get the below error and are forced to recreate the interview from the beginning.

we have purchasing and physical locations listed under address and some location may have multiple addresses listed. it is easier for our team to provide the location under the detailed or additional information section of the interview since we are unable to free text the address or see the address to ensure the right one is being selected.
