What data points does the AI career coach pull when making recommendations to candidates?

Wondering if there is a list of data points the external career site coach pulls from when making recommendations to candidates searching for jobs? I was not able to find in the 25D or 26A enhancement release notes, or in the KB812229 setup guide posted on Oracle Support portal. Wondering specifically if it would pull from "work location" vs the "primary location" on the requisition?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Client has work locations that may differ from the posting location especially with remote jobs. For example, "Texas work from home" is a work location and the city is Austin, TX, but a job may be posted in Graford, TX. The career coach doesn't seem to pull any jobs based on location— tested by asking what jobs are avail in Dallas, Texas, nothing comes up though we have 25 requisitions posted with location "Dallas, TX".
