We have a requirement in our project for work distribution to Onboarding Coordinators. Basically the journey first needs to be assigned to the Onboarding specialist as the owner and then the onboarding specialist decides on assigning the journey to a Onboarding coordinator depending on his work load. Any work around that we can suggest here.

So assigning Journey to Onboarding specialist can be achieved by AOR. But the problem we have is onboarding specialist assigning the journey to the coordinators. We did explore the option of reassigning the task but that's not feasible as currently there are more than 30 task and the client is not comfortable with that option. Instead they want the whole journey to be assigned to the onboarding coordinator in one click.
