Compensation Redwood Landing Page.Plan with only Indirect reports- worksheet not accessible

Summary: In ACT AS PROXI MANAGER for the plan where the manager has only indirect reports, the worksheet page is not accessible in REDWOOD. It is working correctly in Responsive.
Remark : I prepare customer workshop in a Oacle Lab.
I was wondering if other customer has experienced this issue. And if I was missing something.

Stella can see 11 plans
Stella select the plan GLOBAL Merit Plan 2026
Issue : For the tabs Budget or Award nothing is displayed, she is not able to enter in the worksheet.
