For example, when an employee raises a request for a change in working hours, which is configured as a Document of Record (DoR):
- Once the employee submits the DoR, it should be auto‑approved.
- The manager should receive an FYI notification.
- The manager should also be able to edit the same DoR directly, without having to navigate and initiate the process from the beginning.
Challenges Identified:
- Although FYI notifications have been configured, there is no direct navigation link for the manager to access and edit the specific DoR.
- A Journey trigger was explored; however, the Document Type cannot be hardcoded
