Hi experts, do we have the seeded fast formula to be used in Talent Management?

I need your help.

Business requirements:

Assume goals are weighted (to a required total of 100%) and you assign a % complete to each. 

 

Formula for the overall score on goals (1-5). Formula would be similar to following:

Goal rating = ((goal % complete \ 100)x5 ) x goal weighting

Goal section score = sum of goal ratings 

 

Example scenario for the above:

 

Goal 1 - 50% weighting, 80% complete

Goal 2 - 50% weighting, 50% complete

 

Goal 1 score: ((80%x5)x0.5 = 2

Goal 2 score: 50%c5)x0.5 = 1.25

 

Sum of goal scores = 3.25

Do we have a seeded fast formula for this? Do you know how can we get the weight and goal percent completion?
