Is it possible to view the output of ORA_JOB_ALERT_INT

Summary:

In the Recruiting Content Library, the Job Alert Internal Notification has been enabled (i.e., ORA_JOB_ALERT_INT) but I don't know where to find who has been receiving the notifications, e.g., in the Alerts Composer you can see the activity but this does not include the ORA alerts.

Is there any place to check if this working and to whom the notifications have been sent?
