Create a new Base Salary with Existing Job Offer attached to previous base salary

Hello experts,

we have a request from our client to create a new base salary that is based on multiple component (not a single one). We firstly have a base salary configured with single component that was attached to some Job Offers.

Can you kindly share if there are some impacts in deleting/changing a base salary already attached to a Job Offer.
