Attachment from Position Profile Not Flowing to Requisition in Oracle HCM Cloud

Summary:

We have configured Position Profiles with complete details, including Position Description and Position Qualifications. While creating a requisition from the position, these fields are successfully carried over.

However, when we attach a document in the Position Profile (under attachments), the attachment is not getting copied or visible in the Requisition's attachment section.

As per our understanding, this attachment data was previously flowing from Position Profiles to Requisitions, but it is not happening now.

Questions:

  • Is this expected behavior in the current version of Oracle HCM?
  • Has there been any recent change or deprecation regarding attachment flow from Position Profiles to Requisitions?
