Error in Benefits Enrollment Load

Hello Team,

We are attempting to load Benefits Enrollment through the Upload Benefits Enrollment process by creating the data within a workbook. However, we encounter the following error when the "Create Potential Life Event" field is marked as Yes (I also tried using "Y")

Error:

Enrollment Type :Participant Enrollment. Error message :Error occurred running Participation Process -- Life Events. Mode is invalid and not supported. Mode is -- OVRRIDE Error line Id :300000098202203

If we add the life event manually and leave the "Create Potential Life Event" field blank, the load process completes successfully. Our goal is to create life events via the spreadsheet to avoid manual entry for every employee, as each employee has different events. Please let us know how it can be fixed.
