Oracle Benefits Enrollment Flow Skips Remaining Plan Types and Routes Directly to Review and Submit

Summary:

During benefits enrollment, when an employee makes elections in one benefit category (plan type) and clicks Continue, the system bypasses the remaining benefit categories and takes the employee directly to the “Review and Submit” page.
This behavior prevents employees from electing additional benefit types such as Life, Disability, and other plan types, unless they navigate back manually.

Expected/ Behavior

After completing elections for one plan type and clicking Continue:

» The system should navigate to the next available benefit category / plan type
» This should continue sequentially until all eligible plan types have been presented

The “Review and Submit” page should appear only after all enrollment‑eligible plan types have been processed
