Get anonymous interview feedback from candidates after their interview

Summary:

When the candidate interview is done, we need to get a interview feedback from the candidates but the feedback should be anonymous i.e. we should not know the personal details of the candidate.

Is it possible? or the only possible option is to have a external survey link attached to the interview feedback mail which is sent to the candidate.
