Order Management - Trying to convert to Redwood - Cannot locate "Index Management for Sales Orders"

1. Start at your home page, then click Order Management > Show More > Index Management for Sales Orders.
2. Click Sales Order.

When we go to Order Management, there is no option for “Index Management for Sales Orders”.

How do we accomplish this step, when it doesn't exist.

Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?
