Time zone for Mexico

Summary:

which time zone should users in Mexico follow in Oracle fusion so that system takes trasnsaction date correctly. User when enters AR transacation at 6:00 pm or 18:00 , system automatically takes next day. This is wrong as it is still 6 pm in mexico, so transaction date should be same day as in Mexico. Ca nyou please suggest?
