View attachments from previous task in Journey

Summary:

My client has a requirement. They need employee X to attach a document and employee Y to receive it via a journey, with the document being stored in the document of records (DOR).

When the employee accesses the task to review the document, they cannot see the attachment, only the comment. This is because the document has been stored in the DOR.

Is there any possibility for the employee to view the attachment, confirm that they have received it, and then later review it in the DOR?
