Corporate Card Transaction Succeeded but no Transactions

We are facing issue to upload the Corporate Card in TEST instance, our Environment was recently refreshed from PROD, we checked all the setups are same as PROD only.

But when tried to run the Corporate Card in TEST it's not showing any Transaction, while in PROD we can see the valid transactions.

All the setups are same as PROD only in TEST as it was recently refreshed, just having doubt on PGP key as in PROD i can see 2 with

EXM_PGP_KEY and one another but in TEST it's one only EXM_PGP_KEY but in the Manage Corporate Card setup
