Activated Rchilli as part of Recruiting Booster and fails when importing CV

Summary:

Client has Recruiting Booster and have enabled RChilli - has been enabled as per the steps in Oracle documentation and can see details via the Recruiting Category Provisioning and Configuration task > Profile Import Partners page.

Does not require uploading a zip file to activate or Client ID/Client Secret etc.

When external candidates try to apply by importing a resume (.doc, .docx, or .pdf), they receive the message "we couldn't import your profile. Try again or complete your job application manually."

This issue occurs regardless of the job vacancy selected. The RChilli service was enabled through the Recruiting Booster package and lacks typical configuration settings such as user ID or reference key.
