AI Agent: Supplier portal Advisor is not working

I have configured the Oracle AI Agent Studio and need to test the AI agent: Supplier Portal Advisor. For testing purposes, I have uploaded the sample company procurement policy document, and it has been successfully uploaded. After uploading, in the draft status, I have done the debug.

But when I was asking the questions that related to the policy document, the message was triggered that they cannot identify the document.
How do I resolve this matter?
