Defauting Recruiter based on LE and Job combination

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirment to default the recruiter based on the Legal Employer and a DFF Segment(Job Type) ( both corresponding to the Hiring Manager)

For each particular combination a respective Recruiter should be defaulted when hiring manager raises the Job Requisition.

is it possible to achieve this in Redwood vbcs?
