We are experiencing an issue where the 'Include in Autoconversion' flag set in Oracle Recruiting is not persisting when the record transitions to the Pending Worker stage. To support a high-volume seasonal hiring requirement, we implemented a default rule in the 'Create and Edit Offer' screen to set this value to 'true.' However, after the Recruiter performs the 'Move to HR' action, the flag in the Pending Worker area does not remain 'Yes.' Consequently, the ESS process fails to identify these candidates for automated processing, forcing an undesired manual intervention
