Hiring Manager able to modify Interview Schedule Template

Summary:

Problem Description: Hiring Manager is able to edit the template for ALL interview Schedules. They should be able to make changes to their own, using the template. But not update the template itself.

Justification: - This has caused confusion with managers as all leaders are able to see the changes, verses using a blank template.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Show More > Shared Interview Schedules.

Need assistance with locating the privilege the leader has that is granting them access to adjust the template. As mentioned above, they DO need access to enter and edit the schedule, however, they should NOT be able to change/modify/edit the Schedule itself.
