Customer data not visible but exists as inactive in DB – can it be reactivated via FBDI/template?
Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with customer data in Oracle.
A customer record is no longer visible in the Manage Customers screen. Because of this, there are several invoices pending to be stamped (timbrado), since the system cannot retrieve the customer information from that UI.
However, at the database level, the customer data still exists but appears to be inactive.
My questions are:
- Is it possible to reactivate or update the customer record using an FBDI template or any bulk import tool so that it becomes visible again in Manage Customers?
- If so, which template or process should be used (Customer Import, Party Import, etc.)?
