Candidate Profile section updates not visible to the user

Summary:

A user was encountering an issue accessing the updates made by an internal candidate on the following candidate profile sections:

- Certification
- Education
- Work Experience
- Language

Upon further checking, this is only encountered to those candidate types 'Employee' and 'Contingent', but she was able to see the values for these sections for candidate types 'External', 'Ex-Employee', and 'Ex-Contingent'.

Can someone help how can we resolved this issue?
