Text to Speech Functionality

Hi,

I can see some Oracle documentation on converting resource/engineer speech to text however I cannot find anything on text to speech. For example reading aloud customer job details to engineer. Is this possible out the box or is it in future road map?

Is there anyone using a third party application to deliver this?
