Redwood | Performance Eligibility Page is not loading

in Career and Succession

Summary:

I have the Profile Option Code of 'ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_ADMIN_REDWOOD_ENABLED' set to 'Yes' in Oracle. The page however is not loading and is sitting blank. I have looked on CCC for people with similar issues however I was not able to find anyone experiencing an issue like this for this page. Please see the screenshot below for an example of what I am experiencing:

Please help me find a solution for this so I can go live with this Redwood page.
