EXM_CC_AMEX_NF_FEES lookup not workin

Created a EXM_CC_AMEX_NF_FEES lookup to load NF transactions, but it doesn't work

I created the lookup EXM_CC_AMEX_NF_FEES and added a lookup code NF_TRAVEL with the Meaning AMEX TRAVEL PAY WITH POINTS which is exactly how it appears in the credit card transactions files. Ran Upload and Validate Credit Card Transaction File to load a file with two of these transactions in it, among other transactions that aren't NF transactions. The NF transactions were not loaded. They don't appear at all in the process's log. I can see the entries for all of the other transactions, which were skipped since they had previously been imported. It's like Oracle
