How to hide attachments in Redwood Supplier Portal (In Edit Mode - Attached Documents)

There is a requirement to hide the attachment section from Supplier portal while in view mode, it should only be visible when creating a change request that has been achieved by Visual Builder.

But the goal is to hide any existing attachments that are showcased to Suppliers while creating a change request.

Is there any we can achieve that request?
