REDWOOD: How does the interaction tab in service request works

Summary:

New feature of Service Request in Redwood UI includes the Messages, Interactions and Conversations. I know messages contain all messages of SR records including the one created from Classic UI. Conversations are being populated when customer uses the Smart Action Start Internal Conversations. How about the Interactions? How is it being populated?
