Offer Approval Notifications Missing Employee Photo and Name in Body of Notification

Is anyone else seeing that the internal candidate’s photo and full name are missing from the body of offer approval notifications? This seems to be happening for most—though not all—internal candidate approvals. We initially thought it might be related to adding comments or internal documents to the offer, but that doesn’t appear to be the cause. It’s also not limited to a single job offer letter template, as we’re seeing it across multiple templates. The full name of the internal candidate is still appearing in the subject line.
