Adding agents in Resource directory with two active assignments and different business units

Summary:

Hi Team,

There is a requirement where an employee is tagged to two assignments, each associated with different Business Units—one under “XYZ” BU and the other under “XYZ Retirees” BU.

Currently, employee is not appearing in the Resource Directory. During the initial system configuration, while creating a category with only “XYZ” BU selected. Based on this, I understand that the system’s foundation was set up for a single Business Unit, which may be why employees associated with multiple BUs—particularly “XYZ Retirees”—are not being reflected in the directory. As a result, we are also unable to add such employees to the Resource Directory.
