API to retrieve AR Customer/Customer Account Site based on postal code or address information

We are working with Oracle Fusion Receivables (AR) and Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
Our customer setup is structured as follows:
One Party
One Customer Account
Multiple Customer Account Sites
Each Account Site is linked to a Party Site that contains the address details (postal code, city, country, etc.)

We have a functional and integration need to retrieve a customer based on address criteria, specifically:

Postal code (ZIP code)
City / country
Full or partial address information

Is there an existing Oracle Fusion REST or SOAP API that allows us to do that?
