How to fix Error with 'Resolve Help Desk Request' SmartAction in HR Help Desk Button Bar

When a user is viewing a ticket in HR Help Desk and clicks the Resolve Help Desk Request SmartAction in the Button Bar, they are prompted to fill out the fields below then click on the Resolve button. After clicking the Resolve button, the error message below appears. Does anyone know how to fix this?
