Routing - assign to technician route outside activity access schedule
Summary:
I have a requirement to allow routing to assign activities even outside the access schedule that we have sent with the activity. Basically, we want to assign to the technician and then they can consider the work and whether they should attend to try a quick fix, could call ahead to ask the location if they would stay late, reschedule it to the following morning, etc. The routing in these buckets has different plans based on time of day and this version is wanted only for evening/weekends, not for general daytime routing.
