"who can delete this goal?" field is not available in goal center

in Performance Management

Hi expert,

Why is the "who can delete this goal?" field not available in the goal center? instead if I access the Edit goal page from My Client Group > Goal > "performance goal" page the field is available.

I have already made all the attributes visible via Visual builder

Is there a way to make "who can delete this goal?" field visible also in Goal Center.
