Benefits Redwood VBCS Personalization Impacting Both Overview and Self Service Enrollment Pages

In Benefits Redwood, we have hidden the Beneficiary Organization field on the Benefits Landing page (Overview) using VBCS personalization. However, after applying this change, the same field is also not appearing on the Self Service Enrollment page.

Our understanding is that the VBCS pages for the Benefits Landing page (Overview) and the Self Service Enrollment page are different and should be independently personalizable.

Could you please clarify:

• Why personalization applied on the Benefits Landing page (Overview) is also impacting the Self Service Enrollment page?
• Are these pages sharing the same underlying VBCS components, business objects, or extension points?
• What is the recommended approach to ensure that personalization applies only to the Overview page without affecting Self Service Enrollment?
