Update Interest shows token on column headers for 'Types of Jobs' field

After 26B release in our lower pods we have noticed that after clicking update interest within Opportunity Marketplace :

  1. Major issue is on the 'Types of Jobs' field which was use to be 'Job' lov, it shows token on the column headers within the dropdown.

We have validated in our environments which are on 26A, those are not having this issues.

Please advice how this can be fixed.
