Benefits program is present in system but not coming in plan configuration area

Benefits program is present in system but not coming in plan configuration area. When I enroll an employee in Benefits, I can see the program when enrolling. But soon as I enter Plan Configuration area, I don't see the program upon searching, but I do see all the plans and other Benefits configuration present.
