Hi,

We have a conversion life event as of 01/APR where we have loaded the enrollments for conversion. However, we have noticed that if any change done before 01-apr which triggers a life event, the schedule process backs out the conversion life event and erases all the enrollments and sets to default.

The timeliness rules set for all life event is 90 day and timeliness evaluation is "Process potential life event manually".

Could someone let me know how to avoid this issue from occurring again. I added the reinstatement rule after this issue occurred.
